Manatee Viewing Center

ES+Wood™ was used to build the deck at TECO Energy's Manatee Viewing Center over 5 years ago. These pictures show the condition of the deck in January, 2007. No sealer, preservative or other protective application has ever been applied to this deck. It has been exposed to the weather conditions of Tampa Bay for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for five years. It has grayed with age but otherwise it is in perfect condition. Standard fasteners were used to build this deck.
